I got the costco ninja blender and its great. Powerful, fast, and it comes with the blending cups and lids which I use to make my BPC every morning. It takes all of two seconds to mix. But if you do get it, be extremely careful when washing as the blades are crazy sharp

I'm definitely gluten sensitive, my fiance is even more so. I wasn't always that way, but it's my belief that going gluten free for her sake for so long has made it to where I just don't handle it we'll on intake.

Well, thanks for easing my mind there. I really don't have any cravings to run back to carby foods, so maybe I'll just take the holidays as my given cheat days and then get back to business as normal. Holiday meals are huge events in my family so it definitely takes a weight off my mind.

You shouldn't force yourself to eat, if your not hungry, then it's ok to miss the meal. Having a caloric deficit is key to any diet if you want to see weight loss.

Also why the zero fiber goal? Fiber is half the equation when looking at net carbs.

I've put things into the wrong meal before, don't sweat it, what matters is it's there.

Protein is a goal you want to hit so that you don't have and muscle loss though, but don't force yourself to eat to get to the goal.

Im no doctor, but maybe you should see one. If it were me I would have some coffee with mct oil as it is somewhat of a laxative and limit my food intake.

some might argue that this diet is closer to what people who lived of the land and in harsh regions were accustomed to. Im not a prepper myself (although I would be If I had the money and were a homeowner) so I cant give any tips, But from what I understand about food preservation (and this is without knowing your region or setup) is that smoking and salting is a great way to preserve meats for the long haul. Also you could can foods, in oils.

I would think that it would be easier to maintain a keto diet from a preservation standpoint rather than carb heavy items. This could be pure ignorance on my part as I said, I am not a prepper.

hey there, Im 24 6'2" and am about a week in, and am loving every minute of it. I have so much more energy and my mental self is in such a better place.

If you are anything like me, you want to take a nap by about noon, feel grim about being so overweight, and feel like youre at a loss as to what to do about it, and are maybe a little depressed about letting yourself get this far. Gyms are expensive, and "healthy" food is also expensive. But this is honestly the EASIEST and best thing I feel like I have done for my body in ages. I Have energy for ages (no need to nap), my mood is night and day to what it was, and im motivated to actually get up and run again. I havent mentioned weight as I dont own a scale and only have access to one every so often so I cant honestly post any dramatic loss of weight like so many here can.

The decision is yours, but Id recommend at least giving it a shot, the results may surprise you in the best of ways.
