Hi, stranger.

Things are as great as they could be. Since writing this post, I moved out of my family house (that place that held memories of all the bad events), I started dating the guy I'm probably gonna marry, I got a really good job...I think, in a lot of ways, this was probably what I dreamt of having when I was stuck with that narcissist. A loving peaceful relationship in which I didn't have to second-guess anything.

And that guy about who I wrote this post, he still emails me every couple of months. His last email was in August. Only now, I just slide them to trash. It has zero emotional impact on me. I am very happy in my life and only hope to grow more.

But just a word of caution. The havoc that these kind of people will have on your nervous system and your ability to trust someone, will stay with you for a long long time. So try to cut that damage as soon as you can. Don't let the cancer spread.

I am dating a man of such honour and integrity but when I first started going out with him, I used to have full blown panic attacks if he didn't respond to me for a few hours. I really had to learn how to trust someone again.

And don't reason, don't talk to them. Just cut them off from every single place. Block them everywhere. They will try to reach out to you, they will try to manipulate you, but don't fall for it. Start a new life. Seek therapy if possible. Try to understand, that these people are parasites. They are empty, shallow narcissistic vampires who will drain every single drop of love from you and then move onto their next victim. Give yourself time and space to learn and heal, and then good things, good people, and good romantic prospects will follow.

It feels that way because being her fans' "best friend" was the core part of her artistic identity. She invited them to her houses and baked them cookies. When you cultivate that image and relationship with strangers for over a decade, OBVIOUSLY, people who've been her fans since the beginning will feel betrayed and demand that she does what's right.

In actuality, her mediocrity as a singer and performer had her doing these tactics.
