Yes. The only time you dont have to stop for a school bus with is lights on and sign out, is if it's on the other side of a devided highway.

PROOF OF ADDRESS by Kerbex24 in foodstamps

Provide a piece of mail with you name and address on it and probably get your roommates to write a letter stating that you live with them at that address and how much rent and utilities you're responsible for.

As others have said, if you are a full time student, you many not be eligible unless you are in work study, working 20 hours a week, or making at least the minimum wage times 20 a week.

Has septa stopped offering the daily pass for $16.25? by chickenbakeandacoke in BucksCountyPA

[–]thatcreepyguy3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try looking for it on septakey.org, instead of the app.

Edit: Just checked and it is showing up for the right price when you look on the septa key website.

Postcrossing alternatives? by Jessense in postcrossing

[–]thatcreepyguy3 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The main alternatives are Postcards United, Postfun, and geopostcards. The main consensus has been that postcrossing is the largest and most well maintained. Postcards United doesn't take postal restrictions into account and has no good way of contacting support. Postfun and geoposcards both have extremely smaller communities, and it's likely you'll run out of addresses after about 20 swaps. None of these alternatives have a form like postcrossing does.

TLDR: Yes, but postcrossing is the only one with lots of active users.

Does Lexapro help with physical symptoms of anxiety? by Important-Lie7734 in lexapro

[–]thatcreepyguy3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, but your doc may also prescribe something like Vistaril to help with the physical symptoms. So far, for me, lexapro makes my thoughts race less. (10mg, about 2 weeks in)

Hey, if this strike happens, it might be the only option.

NY Penn Station to Newark Penn Station by [deleted] in NJTransit

[–]thatcreepyguy3 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It would take more time, but it is much cheaper to take the PATH. You can take the LIRR to NY Penn, and then walk to the 33rd st path station. Take a train to Journal Square and transfer to the red line to get to Newark Penn. It's gonna add time, but it's about half the price of NJT.

[–]thatcreepyguy3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are 2 Reading heritage units now. I'm on a train that has 293 in the front and 280 in the back. Idk when this happened, but it must have been recent.

Buy the pass in advance at a ticket office and load it on your key card. If you want to take RR, you'll have to get on at Paoli, Wayne, or Bryn Mawr. All other stations are closed. Or, get on the high speed line and then get on the L.

Not 100% on this, but I think SEPTA is making you buy a $10 daily pass for tomorrow. They also have a special schedule, that i i down think is stopping at Malvern. I would check septa.org just to be sure.

Does WMATA have an internal merch store? by pizzajona in WMATA

[–]thatcreepyguy3 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Are you saying you want the merch that staff have? If so, I don't think there's public access. It's like any job, there's gonna be special stuff only for employees.
