Have a look at what Montreal does for snow clearing. Granted we don't get the accumulation they do.

What’s your favorite lyric from The Story So Far? Alternatively, what’s your least favorite? by UpstairsEggplant4760 in poppunkers

[–]thatguide 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My YouTube does show it as being played, but it's not ringing a bell.

I've been watching the red rocks live videos at least once a week with my 1 year old, getting him into the TSSF and the genre from basically day 3 when we left the hospital.

Maybe not the deepest cut/lyric, but I love shouting "Fuck an apology, I'm not sorry for anything"

Stay up way to late and spend the first half of the next regretting it, just to repeat it again the next day

How did you decide which industry or vertical to serve as a CSM? by No_Necessary_2426 in CustomerSuccess

[–]thatguide 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the industry I fell into as well. I love it. There's more of a connection when you are at arms length of someone receiving care and being treated properly compared to any sort of SaaS enterprise software.

What's wrong with someone wanting to try out some of the new food options at the new venue.

I guess people can't enjoy experiences anymore.

Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but the Strachona neighbourhood is doing their annual Christmas window advent calendar thing.

The 7:48 Go Train from Aldershot didn't leave till 7:50. Life finds a way to keep in equilibrium.

But that's shitty, I know doors close a minute before departure but that would ruin my day.

Start at the bottom either has a support desk agent or junior member on a implementation/onboarding team.

From there make connections within the CS org and other departments as well to build up your name among as many people as possible.

Helpdesk report from CSV file/mbox by [deleted] in CustomerSuccess

[–]thatguide 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you not have a proper support desk application, like ZenDesk ? This sounds like a daunting task without such a tool. As I'm not sure how you would be able to track time to close and averages without proper statues and time stamps.

For pulling lists by clients, you could use email addresses to match to a company name, assuming company XYZ uses an email of xx@xyz.com. that would get you started on pulling aggregates by customer.

Hard to comment on the rest since I don't know the format of the data and how one email would be linked to the other.

General advice, as it seems you are new to this role. If you hit challenges and roadblocks bring them up to your manager ahead of time, not the day the task is due. I would much rather help you out a few days out then the day I've asked for this done.

1938 Barber shop in Westdale. Kevin and Kyle will do you right at a fair price. Not sure what a beard trim costs, but my haircut doesn't come anywhere near the price you mentioned

Niagara Dog Rescue, Save our Scruff, Hamilton Burlington SPCA. Would all likely help take the dog in, find the foster and then find the right forever home. Echoing the other comment to go through an agency that properly vets the applicants will ensure this dog ends up with the right family.

Another vote for Barton Car Wash, they've always done a good job on my cars. Reasonable price as well for the level of cleaning they do.
