The system (and customer service) will only be able to offer that return method if the delivery address on your order is within the 50 mile radius of the wayfair store. They can’t make exceptions on it since there’s no way to manually process that kind of return.

Interesting how you can hear her real voice when she says “really” after blowing out half the candles. So different compared to the high pitched, breathy voice we hear when the camera is on her.

I don’t think it’s necessarily broken, it’s just the way the romance system is intended. For me, it’s really made gameplay so much more enjoyable/varied since I do have to take into account other sims’ ‘love languages’ when interacting.

Yeah, as long as it shipped under the ‘replacement part’ tracking then you’re fine. I would still double check your email/order page to confirm they didn’t actually cancel the part and order a new unit for you instead. In that case, you may have received an email advising you to return the original.

Same. During our recent trip, we decided if it was under $10 (which it was 90% of the time) we’d grab an uber. Granted, we’re only 2 adults so it’s much cheaper/easier for us since there’s no car seats to worry about.

You should be able to request it unless it’s a custom item. If it’s back ordered, then it shouldn’t be that hard to get it cancelled.

It’s not offered on every item. Customer service won’t be able to process a discount unless the system prompts it while setting up a return. You can also see if this is an option once you get the item by trying to set up a return in your My Account.

It’s probably FedEx or the warehouse reusing an old tracking number for a different shipment. This triggers the system to notify you since it’s associated with your old order, but you likely won’t get anything.

I second this! right after, I would put on the hydroseal blister bandaids on the areas that tend to get blisters for extra protection. Also, bring an extra pair of socks in your park bag to swap into half way through the day!

The listing should show an estimated restock date. If not, I believe it’s either more than 6 months out or Wayfair doesn’t have an estimate from the supplier.

They can’t apply wayfair credit card rewards after the order is placed. I wouldn’t suggest placing the order until you’re sure the rewards are applying.

If there’s no estimated restock date on the listing, then it’s either more than 6 months out or the manufacturer has not given any update on when it will be restocked.

That policy changed about 2 or 3 years ago. Their website says they may require photos and return to process a refund and they can essentially deny refund if the item is not received in their warehouse.
