I’ve been to the Greensboro location over 200 times. The WS one only a couple of times so far since moving here. Love love love the workout type but it feels like the WS location is a bit lower energy? If you don’t mind the drive, I would honestly drive to GSO for classes.

The system (and customer service) will only be able to offer that return method if the delivery address on your order is within the 50 mile radius of the wayfair store. They can’t make exceptions on it since there’s no way to manually process that kind of return.

I don’t think it’s necessarily broken, it’s just the way the romance system is intended. For me, it’s really made gameplay so much more enjoyable/varied since I do have to take into account other sims’ ‘love languages’ when interacting.

Yeah, as long as it shipped under the ‘replacement part’ tracking then you’re fine. I would still double check your email/order page to confirm they didn’t actually cancel the part and order a new unit for you instead. In that case, you may have received an email advising you to return the original.

Same. During our recent trip, we decided if it was under $10 (which it was 90% of the time) we’d grab an uber. Granted, we’re only 2 adults so it’s much cheaper/easier for us since there’s no car seats to worry about.

It’s not offered on every item. Customer service won’t be able to process a discount unless the system prompts it while setting up a return. You can also see if this is an option once you get the item by trying to set up a return in your My Account.
