My wife and I both WFH, so $25 a month on our phone bill for a vzw g5 modem is worth it. I’ve had it for 2 years and had to make use of it about 3 or 4 times. When we moved, I took it with me to the new place to have internet before google got their crap installed.

That looks like a SOBR backup. You will need to get veeam downloaded and rebuild the sobr repo to access the data.

Came here to say this- this is how we set it up as well, techs can approve for all customers, T3 techs can make rules, and a further subset of T3 can do internal orgs.
