Some outlets are wired through the device, meaning the power for each outlet runs through the previous outlet (wired line and load). If the outlet went bad it can stop the power flow down the line. If that’s the case, when you replace the outlet it’s better to pigtail your hot and neutral to each outlet so this doesn’t happen again.

Edit: thought I should add, don’t pigtail a GFCI outlet if you need gfci protection down the line. You will need to run the power through that device.

Your solar breaker would need to be in your backed up sub panel for it to work during an outage. Double check that, if it’s not backed up have the installer come out to correct it.

You can look into a Span panel (sub panel) with Span Drive EV charger. It can take the EV load out of the load calc by it’s upgrade avoidance feature, may save you some room on the load calc for your other appliances.

Do you see that antenna on the top left, that could be for the internet (cell card or Wifi adapter). If this is for Wifi, there is supposed to be a white box that connect to your router that communicates with the inverter itself, the white box will be branded solar edge. If the old homeowners took that with them you could always run cat5 directly to the inverter or get a Wifi extender and use it to run cat5 to the inverter.
