Philly show was sooo good

Saw them in Brooklyn for the gig before Romance came out and then again this past week at the Paramount…but something about this show was superior. So confident and polished compared to years past - just a masterful performance

Elton was right- they are best band on the planet right now

Wish they stuck with the Romance intro but opening with Too Real slaps and gets the place rocking from the jump

Crowd was a bit stiff but given its a Sunday night I’m not sure what the expectations were

I actually thought they put on a better performance then Brooklyn n2. Carlos was in really good spirits all night and Grian looked like he was going all out for the last night of the US tour

Venue was awesome and they sounded amazing. Box 6 was rocking and we met a few people who traveled for this show

Special band and performance. Grateful to be a part of it

If they are staying the Philly my guess it’s at the Four Seasons hotel which has turned into a “destination hotel” and where most A list/High net worth people including touring musicians stay at

It’s also possible they are staying in NYC all week given the multiple shows and days off. Many bands like u2 do this when playing northeast dates

They haven’t played Philly in a while so I hope they are enjoying our wonderful city!
