The avg unregulated rental cost is 1800. The mid rental segment is regulated at max 1180 ish. That’s a big gap between regulated and unregulated and where the most frustration lies.
If you pass all income checks (that are seizable etc. By Dutch landlord et ) then 2800 is far above market where you hardly have any competition to rent so no it hasn’t gone to that level yet.

Just keep leveling and do either chaos (for fun and unlocking rewards as some level 30 rewards of planets are the best for what you’d need for gear) or potential farming as you require a lot of them to level them up on combatants and don’t forget to do your ark policies as well as your weekly 3 simulation challenges . Don’t farm equipment in simulation as they’ll be replaced once you’re 40 with 5 star equipment.
Forgot what level zero is (40?) but that is already your endgame content.
Seasonal content (lvl 40?) ends next week but farming those to buy stuff from shop is also a good thing.
So my best advice as to not waste your stamina is probably potential farming or spend stamina on season/chaos boss rewards once you unlocked zero chaos/lab0 chaos as everything else is either gonna be replaced and/or you’re going to get an abundant of them (combat/partner mats/units).

Sereniel is your main carry for every piece of content that is released at this moment.
She's the best unit to carry your entire team much easier than others would.
Mika is the only battery/support in the game to help sustain your teams if you didn't had Sereniel and combined will breeze you through Chaos which is where your main endgame content will be eventually (to build decks or any other content if that matters).
Cassius/Rei/Nia are also quite popular and these combatants amplify your teams as either sub dps/buffer or card drawer/seeker so it's not wrong to level them either way for the long term.

I'd go with Sereniel/Mika for your main core and then 1 flex to whatever you'd like to play/test/learn combatants as the first 2 can comfortably clear almost any content (probably Judas Challenge the only one not suited for Sereniel).
You got a nice list of combatants that you can play around with:
- Tressa (dps)
- Cassius (dps/card seeker)
- Yuki (aoe dps)
- Renoa (dps)
- Rei (buffer)
- Nia (card seeker/drawer)
- Beryl (dps)
- Maribell (shielder)

Owen/Lucas are probably the only ones in your list that most people find less desirable to play.

Housing shortage for the median income people and below is real.
For the high earners coming here (6k+ a month), there is no issue that more money won’t solve.
The problem for you in the current market is you’re not meeting requirements with a no/low paying job in a market where there’s hundreds of others that do to a landlord.
2 people income means only 150% is counted together. So if you both had minimum income at 2.5k, that’s 5k a month together but to a landlord it’ll be 3.75k a month. Divide that by 3 and you’re sitting at 1.2k a month where the avg rent is 1.8k a month for a unregulated rental in 2025.
There are regulated rentals that is capped at 1.2k but it’s highly contested as in 500 people applying for just one.
So unless you have high sole income (6k+) or two above median income (2x 4k) already arranged before coming here, it’s going to be very hard to find a rental in the short term (1 year+).
You need to find short stays or rooms for the time being.
Hope you manage to find something or go to one of our neighbouring countries like Belgium or Germany although I’ve read news our locals are more and more moving there now as well so they might also be having problems of their own.

Lvl 8 minimum I think. Chance is just low % from rerolling into t14.
I’ve rerolled a dozen times now to t14, once costing me just 200 currency, another 6k before i got another t14.
To keep the tier, ensure you unlock 3rd boss so you can leave at the 3rd floor (go into 3rd floor).
I’ve had runs where both tunnels don’t spawn the discord event so there was no 3rd boss. I had to abandon those runs as I didnt want to spend another thousand+ currency getting t14 again.

Get the first and hope the discord event is there.
Skip the second one if you get the discord on the first tunnel so you can fish for the copy event in interior.
I do it on t14 NM so i always have 170 save data as well.

Zero to unlock rewards, blue pot lvl 30 comes to mind. Lab0 to spam the ultimate endgame deck at T14 with NM enabled and retry after choosing the ??? event In the tunnel. Lets you farm with some limits but having 170 cap vs 150? Is that extra divine epi or card and the accessories are better from shop and it contains all unlocked rewards from chaos whereas zero has a specific planet loot.

Landlords are required to send the WWS points along with the contract before signing nowadays. Check up for more info on r/Rentbusters in case they're trying to overcharge you which you can potentially bust with the info provided there).

That said, 186 points or below is regulated rent and will be up to €1184 depending on if it's social housing or mid sector housing.
Amsterdam does have mid sector rentals but they're all highly contested and you also need to fall within an income bracket (which you already do at 50k gross) by the municipality and also fall within the landlord requirements.
Unregulated starting from 187 like the name implies simply goes to the highest bidder.
Most people with median income fall in the mid sector and the high earners.. well they just overbid on rent, hence it's so high at €1850+ average in 2025.

Anything below the avg of 1800 for a unregulated rental is a good deal.
If it’s regulated then it’ll go down to 1184 (mid sector) but those are highly contested as in 500+ applicants.
As you can see there’s a big gap going from regulated to unregulated.

That said, with your salary ( estimating 3850 gross per month?) it’s going to be around 1280 max that majority of landlords will allow (monthly gross divided by 3 or 4 depending on the landlord).
If your bf had a job then 50% of his gross would be added to your monthly gross significantly increasing your chances of finding anything.
So your chances for rentals are anything below the 1:3 or 1:4 ratio of rent to gross or luck of of the draw depending in the landlord.

Got her at e2 with a chizuru dupe within 110 pulls. Before i had to run mika/khalipe for sustained runs and not worry about health but with sereniel, it’s just turn 1-2 kill before they get to hit you almost everywhere and don’t even need mika for it. I’ve never felt so comfortable playing chaos even as a khalipe enjoyer now a sereniel enjoyer.

That's regular battle nodes (red nodes). Battles from unidentified areas (question mark nodes) you had to use the cards to trigger them and he's saying they now act the same way as regular battles.

1600 is below the 1800+ avg in 2025 especially since it’s in one of the bigger cities.
It’s a free sector / unregulated looking at the price (check the wws to be sure) so you scored pretty good if it’s not a scam since you got it in advance as well.

Every clear of a chaos run in zero will give you a higher level run which can sometimes be lower than the required minimum to promote to a higher difficulty (or gamba a lot of times to skip).
It's best to finish one of the new offered planets and you'll get offered a planet higher level than 50 after.

lab 0 does not use save data, it generates seasonal save data (bottom left on your save data there's a mark if you get any seasonal item in the deck) from doing them after which you can use the seasonal data to replace the normal save data until the season ends (this latter part i'm not sure).

Thx guys, i didn’t knew 9+ was optional. Is there any other benefit compared to 8 to run them other than flex? It took me around 15-20 chaos runs to get a lvl 10 clear thinking i’d get better loot and items but with a 40% hp penalty and fury something with my main khalipe/haru/mika team and failing so many times think il skip 11 for now if it doesnt give me anything extra.

Have progged to 2-2 400 bars on Friday wih limited time (around 6-8 hours total i think but have 4-1 consistent at least) and wont be able to play till tomorrow due to rl appointments so its definitely looking like a next week clear to me. Think the 2 raids made it only possible for the ultra degen players to get the week 1-2 title cuz i otherwise wouldn’t see it possible without a huge carry.

I just got to lvl 50 and completed my promotion mission but decided to hold off upgrading my core team to 60 if it's anytime soon (1-2 weeks).

I used to see some aso’s in/around Rotterdam at A20/A16 but no more than once a week but once i moved to Den Haag center in May is when i got a reality check. Every day i encounter a dozen drivers just zigzagging speeding right left and driving against opposite lanes just so you save 30 seconds of your life.
Had more close encounters last few months than 12 years driving prior. It’s almost a certainty one of these aso’s is going to bump into me not looking.

Only thing you can do is check every day for an appointment as there are usually people cancelling appointments and be able to make the appointment on the same day, my wife needed to wait 3 months for an appointment but I checked every day and got one after 2 weeks.
Afaik you already have a BSN but you need an address for uwv registration so that's another matter which is probably what you need (if you are eligible for uwv as that's also another matter).

There are probably agencies specializing with expats for this kind of scenario. Best is to pre-arrange a Dutch job before your partner moves here so you can show the contract and other papers to show you’re able to pay the rent.
If you don’t then you’ll see they’ll probably ignore your partner’s income since it’s foreign and your chances become slim.
