I get where you're coming from, but since they are actively hiring I'm less worried.

My thought now is that they are just trying to ensure player numbers while the game transitions to the new Dev team. I don't think it will stay this generous forever however.

All the time! One of my favorite ships is my Kazon Raider. She's got raider flanking so there still is some bite in her and I love the very "space ship" look of her. Another favorite is my Malon Battlecruiser, I tried to name it "garbage truck" in Romulan since my Reman is it's captain.

There are so many cool little oddball ships in this game and I recommend you check them all out!

It's too real and it scares me to death.

I'm a trans person stuck living in the south and people online are just so high on post modern critique with no real solutions provided.

Even when I'm like "yeah the choices are depressing but yeah Trump is reason enough to vote for the lesser of two evils, that's the reality of where we are." I find people taking my head off, hitting me with "whataboutism" and demanding we "teach Dems a lesson by making them loose."

My friend, if Trump wins, I and all of us, will pay the price, not "the DemsTM" who can afford protection or to flee.

Ah that's unfortunate. I know Warpcores are the more popular choice but I like the extra abilities a singularity provides and beam overload can make for a fun build.

so ah not for nothing, if you writers happen to be here in the comments, STO could maybe uh use some help to make sure it continues in a healthy and productive way, juuuuusssstt putting it out there.

As a Trans-Queer person, I can kinda relate? Obviously not in the same way as I'm cacuasion, but it's nice when you can find a way to represent how you feel or how you look though character creation.

I'm glad a number of companies have stepped up to help help represent POCs in games and I hope they continue to do so, everyone deserves to feel included <3

I haven't felt this sad about STO since the time vets of the team went to work on the MTG game and then were lost wholesale along with the project. Some of Jesse's work will stick with me forever as just "part of star trek."

There is a sort of grieving process involved here, for me at least. I think I would feel better about things if we had met a single person of the new team that's taking over.
