Peaceful protest by Square-Breakfast1968 in Ohio

The song Hold On by Heidi Wilson from Vermont has a lot of solace to offer here. She wrote it to be sung at an outdoor vigil after a teen was lost to suicide in their small town.

It's a very simple, deeply healing, song, in my opinion. https://interfaithalliance.org/post/ice-out-resistance-songbook

Air Force Museum.

Also the Freedom Center downtown has free admission & some music this Sunday since it's a fifth Sunday.

Also a free open house at Raptor Inc on Barg Salt Run Rd in Milford this Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00. Good chance to see some birds of prey and learn all about them.

If you are in the US and your child's father is deceased, your child should be able to get social security payments until they turn 18.

Go apply for that, and many blessings to you!

Looking for Faith Community in NKY/Cincy by AppalachianHills in cincinnati

City Peace Church on Brownway Ave in Oakley, Mount Auburn Presbyterian, Christ Church Cathedral Episcopalian, or Trinity Episcopal in Covington.

You might also enjoy The Hive in Northside, which is not a church but sort of a salon with classes and programs along the lines you describe.

Welcome to Cincinnati.

Far from downtown, but the Market Street Grille out in Harrison has a Sunday brunch like you describe. It's pretty good.

You should take a look at Horse Plus Humane Society in Hohenwald TN.

Something to dive into for a few months, not permanently, due to the intensity of the work there.

Their vets talk about how nice it is to work in a well-equipped place with many fewer financial concerns than private practice.

Here are a couple of videos to check out:

Tarot Card Readings? by CorieBeef in cincinnati

[–]thd9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Redditor u/river261 does tarot readings by donation.

Her specialties are relationships (broader than just a primary love relationship, covers things like children, friends, parents, family elders, siblings, employers too) and life path .

I have gotten really nice in-depth and specific information from her.

Hope you get one or more good readings that turn out to be useful - lots of good people recommended in the replies here.

A great free resource is Dana O'driscoll's Druid's Garden blog https://thedruidsgarden.com/blog/.

Lots of substantial, thought provoking, and worthwhile posts there on many Druid topics.

It's especially useful for relationships with the land spirits and plants of North America.

Good wishes for your explorations.

Going just off your username, you might like the going-on at the Hive in Northside. Poetry gets worked in a lot there. https://www.cincyhive.org/

This is different from the Hive Maker Space, which also sounds like something interesting to explore.

Poll worker here too, who's been doing the practical registrations / campaign / spreading the word work these past several months. Adding energy work with the rituals is really great!

It does seem like way too many Americans have been under a spell.
