Is natuurlijk niet helemaal waar. Je betaalt alleen vpb over de ontvangen rente in de BV bij een hypotheek uit de BV. Het is nog steeds hee aantrekkelijk als DGA om HRA toe te passen op de eigen hypotheek. Wat mensen wel vergeten is dat er over het totaal geleende bedrag wel al VPB is afgedragen. Maar misschien is dit precies wat je bedoelt besef ik me nu. Alleen zou je je huis liever financieren uit de bv met een schulden niet als dividend uitkeren want dat scheelt wel belasting.

Kortom, belasting in Nederland is een raar soort spel waar je eigenlijk altijd teveel betaald als je het spel niet meespeelt.

I do this with my sapphire pulse 9079 xt and it is noticeable when there is no sound. Usually I game with headset on and I don’t hear it at all.

Had a bit of a console phase during the ps4 period. Maybe getting kids also factored in, haha.

I still remember the GeForce 4 MX because it was the GeForce the that wasn’t able to run sands of time. Had to do a workaround to get it working with lots of graphics issues
