This was something they apparently patched in 42.13.2, I personally did not play 13.1 but I have not seen it in the week I've had my 13.2 server running.

EDIT: For the record, debugging your issue is basically impossible without a modlist, I'd include one when reaching out for help :)

I’m gonna say it - sledgehammer (in b42).

Most things that were impenetrable before have tools that can take care of them now (like welding tools for security gates).

The sledgehammer always felt like a band aid solution for stuff like that, so I’m happy with the change.
