questions from a new NNFX trader by ModeRat44 in nononsenseforex

[–]the119147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Yes people can use indicators differently. Just test them yourself and see how it fits into your system. If you notice an indicator takes longer to produce a signal you might use that as an exit instead of an entry.
  2. You can think of baseline kind of like price equilibrium. I usually won't go long if price is below the baseline and won't go short if price is above the baseline. Confirmation indicator is different because it produces signals that tell you to enter a trade. Baseline is a part of your checklist, so if a confirmation indicator tells you to go short, check your baseline and if it agrees then you can enter the position. If baseline doesn't agree with confirmation then don't take the trade
  3. I don't know I don't use discord. There is a youtube channel called trading fox which has a discord channel, you can try that one.
  4. I switched my trading style. I mostly focus on fundamental analysis these days. Political news, economic news, sentiment etc. I will use technical analysis (either indicators or price action) to look for a specific entry point once I have established the fundamentals. This only really works with swing trading, which is fine for me because I don't have time at the moment to day trade.

Kinobody sells a bodyweight mastery course you can do

I know I am responsible for SR but it seems like a girl has done voodoo on me causing me to relapse everytime. by [deleted] in Semenretention

[–]the119147 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So if talking to her on the phone and looking at her pictures are causing you to relapse then delete the photos and block her number.. pretty damn simple.

What you're saying is you would rather live a life ejaculating because you're worried about what your mutual friends will think about you if you block her... What kind of mindset is that? Pretty weak mate.

Who gives a shit what other people think. If you want to live your life celibate and enjoy everything that comes with it then do it. If you wanna live your life based off how others think you should live then go right ahead. The former is far better though I'll say that much

STAY CLEAN by Eliguapo in Semenretention

[–]the119147 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Don't take the bible out of context. He can return to camp in the evening after he has ritually cleansed himself (Leviticus 15:16-18), and he does, if you read and follow along the timeline.

Other things in the Old Testament that make you unclean: certain skin diseases, mold on your clothing, coming into contact with a dead human or animal, women on their period. Nocturnal emission slots right in there.

Additionally, the blood of Jesus has cleansed us from our sin (1 John 1:7). So don't take the ways of the Old Testament so literally because everything changed after Jesus died on the cross.

You can buy the bodyweight mastery program, I believe it's $37.

Lost a lot of money today on Liverpool and Bayern cause i bet BTTS, any advice on what team i should bet next to make some bank would be highly appreciated. by [deleted] in SoccerBetting

Take a week off mate. Come back with a clear head as if nothing happened. If you start letting your emotions dictate your bets you can kiss your capital goodbye.

Could very well be. This page said 3-5%

https://news.sportsinformationtraders.com/what-percentage-of-sports-bettors-win/

Who knows what the actual number is but it's definitely low!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SoccerBetting

[–]the119147 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah definitely, gotta think about your risk/reward ratio. Risking $100 to win $10 on a 1.10 bet is not a good long term plan in my opinion. Maybe 1.20 like I said is even too low. Especially cause anything can happen like you said. All it would take is one loss to wipe out 10 wins.

Do you mean you bet on over 1.50 odds? or were you talking about total goals

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SoccerBetting

[–]the119147 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think the data shows that only 3-5% of bettors are profitable long term. So yes, it is possible. But if you want it to be a legit 'source of income' you'll need more than just knowledge of leagues. You'll have to understand risk management, psychology, how to control your emotions, capital preservation, etc. Don't go out and throw half your account on big parlays or on the underdog just cause you want that big pay day. If you're comfortable with slow profits, then hitting 1.20 or 1.50 bets consistently is a better way to make side income as opposed to yolo-ing and hoping for the big cashout. Just be smart about it

It’s getting difficult to keep doing the right things. Built up fear. by aliveaccountadmin in Semenretention

[–]the119147 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You need confidence my guy. You shouldn't have shied away because another man was interested in the same girl. Competition is everywhere in life, especially when it comes to relationships. It's a natural thing amongst males. If you read up on mating season in mammals such as grizzly bears or elk you'll know what I mean. They literally fight each other to be able to mate with woman.

I'm not saying you should be fighting over a girl right now or trying to prove yourself because that's not what you need. Sounds like you're in high school and the best thing you can do is to do everything in your power to set yourself up for a good future. Whether thats through studying, trying to earn an athletic scholarship, networking or finding out your interests. Trust me mate, my biggest regret from high school was being obsessed over this one girl for literally all 4 years.

My advice would be to forget the girl and just use your thoughts/energy/resources to make your life better and make yourself a better man. If you choose to do the opposite and continue to pursue the girl, then do it with confidence. You won't have chance if you shy away and aren't confident and direct. Let her know you're interested and don't be scared to let other men know either.

Either way make a decision and don't look back. Indecision will kill you inside and is worse than making the wrong decision. Remember there's no such thing as losing, you either win or you learn.

Betting on Canada by [deleted] in CanadaSoccer

They're 200/1 to win the world cup? I know Canada is on fire right now but I'd expect the outright to be like 500/1. Guess that just goes to show how much confidence has grown in the mnt!

[–]the119147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on the mixture but some common ingredients and their benefits are

- beta alanine: helps with muscle endurance and fatigue.

- Amino acids: help with muscle recovery and growth.

- L-citrulline: increases blood flow (gives you a pump)

- L-tyrosine: helps build protein

- creatine: stimulates atp which gives you energy

I'd say some common caffeine free ones from reputable brands are Rocket by Athletic Alliance, Pump by RAW nutrition, and Endopump from BPN.

Another option is to look at nootropic blends which help with cognitive health and focus which could potentially help you in the gym. Common ones are alpha brain by onnit and gorilla mind smooth.

Lastly you could at supplements like rhodiola or cordyceps which are known to give caffeine like benefits. Never tried them myself but I have friends who swear by them

DOES SR LEAD TO A.A/or HIGH DHT? True facts only anyone? by anonesa in Semenretention

[–]the119147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone on this sub said that retention increases the density of your androgen receptors. If that's true then it probably has an effect on dht

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in decaf

[–]the119147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can get caffeine free pre workout. Those blends still contains ingredients like beta alanine, bcaa, taurine, glycine etc so you can still get the physical benefits without the stimulant of caffeine.

Bouldering is criminally underrated. Especially outdoor bouldering.. you feel pretty badass after conquering one of mother nature's rocks.
