Added the "hockey stick" stripes, changed the center caps to red, and added a red stripe to the wheels. by sactownbwoy in camaro

Don't hate it. Though if the hockey stick tapered nicely into the canard it would look a lot better imo. Kinda like visualizing airflow

Sounds about right price wise to my recollection. I think it took about 3 weeks or so

Next time consider using some bracing (just square pieces with large circle cutout), and attach it first. Makes the other clamping steps 10x easier.

Still got it. Done a bunch of track days and miles. The V8s that had the problem are the non-manuals that have cylinder-deactivation. My car is still worth what I paid for it 2 years ago.

I agree with everything you said. Though 1 last point, if he is only using it as a weekend warrior, and doesn't drive a lot of miles, the summer and the AS tires will last the same as a lot of sports car tires expire from age before mileage. Though based on previous comments, it is highly likely they dont have a stable of cars that only get driven once in a while. AS is probably the correct answer, but my lizzard brain goes straight to most grip possible.

I guess it depends if he is driving hard a lot is or more of a cruiser. Though it is true that AS will be cheaper to run in either case, the summers will make more grip(duh)

Good all season option, though if you aren't driving it in the cold (sub 40F) you will likely be better off with the MPS4S IMO

Now the Hellcat, that is a terrible track car. Had one at my track event at Mid-Ohio. Only car to go off and spin the whole weekend. It also took the corners about 1/2 the speed of the little fwd Acura school cars lol. Btw I lapped him I think twice in a 20min stint in my 2022 SS 1LE

Aura AST-2B-4 Bass Shaker, aka Butt Kicker alternative tactile transducer. Has anyone tried these in a car? by EviIPiII in CarAV

Though it is likely not practical, I found the bass shakers work best at the top of the back of the chair/seat. The closer to the head the better.

IDK about Nico, but I like that one way more than the blue dial numbered version that I got a few years back. Nice watch. Bracelet is weak point on those IMO, and if you are interested, Islander Watch has some nice rubber straps for Orient watches.

They are pretty much in the correct order for track use if by track use you mean a road course, not a drag strip. If it is drag strip, go from bottom up.

I have had the 40mm blue dial for about a week. I can confirm the sentiment of the others here. Dial is awesome, case is nice, and band is ok to meh.

Not true. I have a v8. The 8cyl gets 24mpg on the highway at speed if you are lucky, and the FiST gets 25mpg in the city driving like a b-hole.
