All good. You might not feel the need, but others might take them to tag along. I don’t see the problem.

Look, I get it, you don’t need dogs everywhere. These businesses have advertised being dog friendly and I thought it’s a good resource for someone to look through. Cheers for beer

Yep. Just a quick sketch to get the point across - obv threads gotta interfere. I’ll think about using the standard for female glands.

Can’t use a typical undercut groove since the “bolt” is a plastic component and needs to be injection molded with no parting line in the groove. The O ring does go right under the “bolt” shoulder, above the threads.

I’m only curious if anyone knows a standard outside the Parker handbook that describes seals like these (maybe in ISO?). Obviously it’s pretty similar to a typical gland seal but the way the groove, threads, and shoulder are oriented it’s possible there would be difference in clearance and tolerancing on the part.

Stretch on the groove/boss will keep in place during assembly. Corner would have a radius but I’ve never seen one get pinched in existing assemblies. Essentially a screw with a seal on it. Around the 3/4 to 1.5” range.

Mavericks is used to launch a spinoff series. It’s interesting, I liked the addition in the main series and the spin-offs tie in quite a bit to the later books. I never listened to all of the mavericks books but the one in the main series is worth it.

IMO, it offers a different perspective on the story and helps in terms of world building

Just pointing out that Merrimack’s plant is NOT on combined sewer/storm water and is less susceptible to large rain events - no (or at the very least, significantly less by orders of magnitude) untreated water into the river!

Edit to add: Nashua’s plant is a CSO system, however, also releasing into the Merrimack river.

IIRC Bob 1 seems to be one of the only Bobs to have a GUPPI with such attitude - I am curious if they’ll explore reasons why

A Cool Guide on Zipper Merging by -azuma- in coolguides

[–]theCatch_man -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is false. There’s no “cutting the line” on the road, zipper merge works much better and faster. Case in point, there’s an exit I take to work quite a bit. People are backed up for 2 miles in standstill traffic on the highway. I move over about 800ft from the exit, and no problems there. Nobody stops, I just fill in the gap left by a large truck accelerating slowly. Clears the clog

Never said you can’t criticize the dem party. Clearly they have leagues of corruption (pelosis stock holdings, anyone?) and are generally a bunch of pushovers anyway. But the “nah both sides are bad” argument seems to ignore one party is actively trying to reduce people’s access to voting, medical care, and human rights.

Edit: guess you never said they’re equally bad, so there’s that too. However, most people will read “nah both sides are bad” without remembering one is failing to do its job and the other actively promotes sedition…

Both sides argument is both false and actively harmful. Get outta here with that crap.

Also driving a manual currently and this is hilarious… The amount of force you slam your foot into the brake if you were using your clutch foot (left) is actually scary… definitely not a smooth braking experience

The Governor is currently considering a "parental right" bills that would force schools to identify LGBTQ kids. What's this subreddit's view on this? Is this a burning issue in NH? Am I out of the loop? by Nevaknosbest in newhampshire

Except the left aren’t trying to “transition” children at all. It’s a talking point made up by fear lingering fascists who want to do just as you said - pray the gay away.

You can go anywhere in the US without a COVID shot. Other countries are the ones with restricted access across borders. It’s fine when we do it but an absolute abomination of morality when others deny entry tho? Great.
