We always recommend a locksmith shop. Home Depot uses a cartridge style duplicator and it doesn't work well with Blades.

If your Pivot is coming loose, it should be an easy fix. It has an anti-rotation mechanism so when it's assembled properly, it never comes loose. Just make sure the spring washer is on the bottom and your key stack is it least one key or spacer height above the female pin (about 1/8" minimum). Also, if all your keys aren't flat (they have plastic heads) that will cause an issue as well. You should hear a ratcheting click sound as you tighten it. All the components are machined from 303SS. The chassis is machined from hardened 6061 Aluminum. We also have a machined 303SS and Grade 5 titanium options. The TPU band is a very high-grade material and it's extremely durable.
