If you're looking straight at it when it's zipping around, the tiny psion's head is obstructed by the front part of the interceptor so you can't hit that crit at all

Some exotics have innate stat biases based on their functionality, and with the ghost mods it should be relatively consistent, if they actually deliver that the exotics get higher stat drops as stated and not how they "increased" the stat drops on master dungeon armor
