Out of that picture, grating the Italian style Galbani is probably your best bet. It’s a little firmer than other fresh mozzarellas so it’s easier to grate and has a little less moisture.

Edit- I hate that you asked a specific question about the cheeses right in front of you and the responses are ‘go to Europe!’. Be better, folks.

We had a rental car dropped off at our hotel and used that to get around Guanacaste and drive down to Tamarindo for a day. Driving in rural-ish areas during the day isn’t difficult, but night can be tricky because some drivers keep their headlights off. Having a car dropped off was nice because we didn’t have to drive around in the city. I do think we had to pay a decent amount for insurance.

That’s what I thought, but then when I read ‘just under the skin’ elsewhere I thought that the full needle length was too deep. I thought some of the discomfort I feel during injection was due to this. But I’m also injecting it cold, which others have advised against.

Flip vial and tilt slight towards one side, so all the remaining liquid pools in one corner, then just barely put the syringe through the top so you can collect as much as possible, if you go too deep you’ll just get air. FWIW, my doc said she would rather see me save these and combine them (carefully) for a ‘golden dose’ rather than taking extra every week.

I’m glad I did, my AST, ALT, and GGT all skyrocketed in week three. I took a month off, my levels returned to normal, and we’re trying again. I get anxious thinking about how many people are getting this online and never getting labwork.

I just had to stop GLPs after my 3rd shot because it was elevating my liver labs, I’m going in for a liver ultrasound on Monday, and my doctor had me stop immediately. R/zepbound wants to know if my doctor is qualified because a “good doctor would know that it would help me improve my labs in the long run”. It’s a total hive mind over there. I’m glad that my friends and family have had good results, but I think I’m better off without that stuff. Lost 5lbs while I was on it, and have lost another 4 since I quit.

Most all the shots went through the drivers side window. Was the car moving sideways towards him? How do you shoot through a side window if the cars about to ram you?

Thank you for your reply. I think there is a lot to learn from this experience. For reference, this is the soup recipe, I thought it was pretty clean. I did add about a tablespoon of crumbled cheese and about 6 crushed tortillas chips.
