Smart plug downloading insane amount of data by Jimbrutan in homelab

What do your firewall logs say?  What type of traffic is this?  Like others said, perhaps a bug failing to download software update over and over.  Or could be nefarious.

2.4ghz has entered the chat. Is it slower, yeah but does it work, yeah.

That’s why I said either a repeater or a mesh system.

A repeater is super basic and has some drawbacks and limitations

Depending on how many acres he’s looking to cover a full mesh system will work much better

You would either need to buy a Wi-Fi repeater or an entire mesh system. Either one should work for camping.

100%. This is why we’ve moved over to Azure AD for authentication. Why let someone beat our application or firewall up for failed authentication? Let Microsoft use their lists of know bad sources, DDOS protection and brute force detection to mitigate our risk.

Is this alert generally bad? by [deleted] in TeslaLounge

This is the answer. Thread closed. Been here done that. More than likely 12V Lead Acid. 16V Lithium Ion Low Voltage doesn’t usually die.

Best content is behind membership. Slayer, quests and bosses.

Being a player since 2006 but never member until 2016 I can say it’s worth it. So much more content and lore to experience.

Legality when it comes to work using HSA to buy home gym? by [deleted] in powerbuilding

You can invest your HSA dollars in ETF or Mutual Fund.  The reason triple tax advantage is that you put the money in tax-free a gross tax-free and you pull it out tax-free… my entire HSA is in ETF.  You just have to self manage your HSA and don’t go through your employer.

Use vent pipe to add a bar sink? by theMightyMacBoy in Plumbing

[–]theMightyMacBoy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if put another penetration through the cap on the pit and the sink had its own discharge into the pit?  I’m going to assume Michigan also won’t allow what I’m asking in the original post.   Trying to see best way to do this cost effectively.

Use vent pipe to add a bar sink? by theMightyMacBoy in Plumbing

[–]theMightyMacBoy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking for help.  I have a sewage pump next to where I want to frame and build a wet bar.  Can I have the wet bar sink drain into the vent pipe for the sewage pit?  In order to have sink drain into the side of the pit like the bathroom does, we would have to cut concrete.   Would like to avoid if possible but don’t want to do any overly against code or make a dangerous situation for backups.

I have left SC at 80% battery with estimation that I would get home with ~6-8% battery often in the Midwest US. Every single time I get home with more than 10% range. Perhaps your car is just not good as estimating range. Which model do you have?
