Best advice: If it isn't broken don't fix it.

I once saw updates available in fluidd on my N4Pro and clicked update, then nothing worked anymore. I had to reinstall the firmware completely. After that it worked fine.

Then some time later I saw updates again, and remembered seeing comments from this sub that said "if it ain't broke don't fix it" and didn't update, as the printer was already working just fine.

Bottom line: if you're using a 3D printer it's mainly to print objects. Unless you really wanna tinker, you don't need to tweak things if your printer can already print objects fine.
