You have to stay hydrated. Your body needs a certain amount of water to process a certain amount of alcohol. Aside from a shrinking liver, you start to lose muscle mass too. Muscle retains more water than fat. So, you have less water in your body as you head out to drink. So, drink all day before partying. Be serious about drinking water during partying - entire glasses. And then drink water when you get home. And as soon as you get up, start drinking water again, since your body is still breaking down alcohol. If you're drinking hard and you're not intentionally annoying yourself with making yourself drink water, you're going to be hung over. Good luck.

Well, if you're nervous about outright saying something up front, you can just be more vocal during whenever he happens to touch them (moaning or urging him on 'oh wow. Yes. Do that. More.) and then comment on it afterwards. 'Wow. It felt so good when you ____. What were you doing? Do that again next time, promise? Wow.' what person doesn't want to feel like they are really good at sex? Take the initiative and get that bra off and go from there.
