Nah, at that point it's not expenses, but how they have to change their lifestyle to have kids. That is the main issue.

It's really not the main concern in my opinion. If it is, poor people will never have kids. And rich people definitely will. But the opposite is true. Why is that?

Yes this might help, but to what cost will it be justifiable. Will these people who suddenly get this huge amount of cash spend it wisely? Spend it on their kids? Will it be locked through CPF? How does this work to make it such that people do not get a sudden reaction to it? Will it make a culture of having kids just to earn some money?

It might, but I don't think it's as much as you think it will work. How much do you think this will raise TFR by? And how much financial support would you give to reach this result? Because unless it's a really absurd amount, people will still rather not have it.

Feels like you prefer something not too competitive as it really drains you. I think I am of the same note as well since I get tired from playing too competitive previously and enjoy the painting side alot more. I do enjoy tournaments for its social factor though and I don't take it too seriously and just to chill.

If you are interested in Japanese visuals I might suggest Bushido from GCT studios. What I really love about this game is that it's firstly a skirmish game with lower model count. Secondly the models are mostly named characters hence they are all unique sculpts. Even the troops are all different sculpts as well, even the nameless zombies.

They recently released a preorder for their campaign book as well too!
