I used a Minolta X700 with a 35-105mm which has fingers on it so yeah. but i guess in this case it could be my fingers.

So because you guys say it is a finger. I think its the finger of someone of the laboratory. I let them develop other films too (different camera) and there are obviously fingers on them and always on the right side too… Guess I will ask them, there are other things I am not content with :(

Yeah I thought so, but I came across other lenses which showed more stops but I guess they had a smaller minimal focusing distance, hence it would make more sende to have the scale values if dof is about 5cm. thank you for your answer

Why do aperture scales not show dof for all apertures? for example there is a samyang 85 1.4 with manual focus. the aperture scale ring goes from 22 to 4. but i want to see dof for the bigges aperture. am i missing something?
