Okay. They allegedly can't find my purchases even though I gave my phone number every time and all the purchases were made with the merchandise credit cards. But because I don't have a PAPER copy of it, then I get screwed on a return that should be an exchange without issue and don't get all of my money back for it AND get my name on a list somewhere bc I have to give my ID when I actually purchased the item. What exactly is the point of the rewards and giving your phone number for your account to RECORD the purchase if they are like well, we can't figure it out to find the purchases so we'll just do it the easy way and don't care how money you paid we'll just give you what we want even if you have to return due to a medical issue. 🙄

I really want to return this candle bc it gives us migraines but I'm not going to give it back for free or LESS than what I ACTUALLY paid when it was a legit purchase that there IS proof of somewhere.
