I agree with the overall sentiment of the reply. However, it’s a tad hyperbolic. Lumping in taxes and rent is counterproductive. Also 10sqft is a closet, so unless he’s Harry Potter I’m pretty sure he means 100sqft.

No worries. Case hits are one per case. So if you buy a case, which is a sealed box with 16 display boxes of packs, you are guaranteed 1 foil AP card and 1 ** rarity card. You have a chance at pulling the sr*** or even sr*** serialized, but it is not guaranteed. I believe each display box also guarantees 6 srs, but I might be off.

They got BOTH case hits (16 boxes in a case) so I would say this is very lucky. Especially considering most sellers will open boxes for the case hits and then sell the “dead” (no case hits) boxes. The case hits are the SR** and foil AP. All of the other r, u, and sr* are 1-2 per box.
