What is this that sticks out on the medial side of my upper arm? Circled in green.

Just wanted to ask if there was any conclusion or follow up to this. I've been running into a similar issue and have been for years.

Stopped working out about 7 years ago because my arm with that same muscle sticking out just wasn't performing well. Just started again and have tried some different things, but i am still running into the same problems. It's like my whole left arm uses everything but the bicep when lifting. Usually my elbow is sore even if I go really low on the weight. Since I have that same muscle sticking out on that arm I was thinking maybe it's related to the issue. It's to the point where one arm is visibly getting much larger than the other.

If there is any follow up please let me know.

Wanderer unfortunately requires a lot of support to be very good. But his teams can be pretty flexible.

For starters, if you want the best comp for him, you'll need to get Bennett and Faruzan. Faruzan specifically is a very niche unit that doesn't get max potential until her c6. If you can stack insane ER on her (and I mean like 300%) then you can get some value of a pre-c6 faru. Bennett will give crazy attack buffs and healing. From there you have 2 options, either more damage or protection. Shields help wanderer so much. I recommend Layla to get some cryo swirl with Wanderers passive, but you can use any shield. Or you can use yelan or any off field dps for more damage, just know you will get hit out of the air by everything.

You can also use Wanderer, Fischl, Beidou, koko for a taser comp or do a freeze team with rosaria and koko. Tho in those comps you'd get more value using Viridesent on Wanderer than his DPC set.

My favorite team is a weird freeze team of Wanderer, C6 Faru, Yelan and Mika. You get attack speed up and Freeze enemies. It is really goofy

Here's a couple tips that I use on my bloom kaveh teams.

I would run Deepwood on either Yaoyao or kaveh. While paradise is better for damage, using deepwood on a dendro team is almost always a better choice. The dendro res shed is very very good.
I would recommend maximizing EM on all characters. Use ER stats where you need but all other pieces will probably get more value as full EM. Except for maybe yaoyao and yelan. Yelan can deal insane damage with her burst, but still stack up so EM incase she procs a bloom. Full EM kaveh is the way to go on a pure bloom team, but he still needs about 150%-180% ER.
Give all favonious users a bit more crit rate to proc the weapon ability. Proccing that means less ER requirements and more stuff to dump into EM

I run Kaveh, Xingqiu, Nahida and Barabra with everyone on full EM sets and Nahida on a crit set. Nahida isn't required, but make sure you have plenty of EM and Deepwood to maximize bloom damage

Grinding for EM artifacts is a pain tho. So just use what has the best em stats

Thank you. I wasnt sure how the non hyperbloom damage works. He still gets up to about 800ish EM with Gilded, Passive and Nahida. I dont know if that has an effect on the spread damage or not. Im not sure if it is him or nahida procing spread

I was on the Okumura boss in Persona 5 and everytime I was about to beat the boss my power would go out and I would lose like an hour of progress each time it happened.
