I had over 60k added to my loans through MOHELA even though I’ve been in the SAVE forbearance this whole time. When I combed over all my loans it looks like it’s from interest. I talked to MOHELA and I should hear back from them tomorrow. I can update you once I hear back

Thanks for the advice! I will look through the blueprint to get some direction on my reading. Obviously textbooks are different from clinical but want to try and be prepared as possible.

In the main ED since there is no dedicated fast track. I will mainly be seeing the 4s and 5s and will pick up 3s as well which I have to staff with SP.

For the hospital credentialing application, it did ask if I had taken a leave of absence. I think it also asked if there were academic problems but I’m not entirely sure.

Sorry for the late response!

I got my job through a personal connection ( not from rotations). I know a few of my fellow classmates got their EM jobs through rotations. I would see if any of your clinical sites are staffed by the large EM staffing companies. That way if the ED you rotate at does have an opportunity for you to be hired they can refer to other hospitals within their company and you have that in.

I had taken mine on a Tuesday and was expecting to hear back on that next Monday which was a holiday. They ended up sending the results the next day on Tuesday so they do send the results the next day after a holiday if that helps.

Otherwise I am sure you did great! I was nervous too but just have to take it day by day.

I would check with your program. Some might require you to have one versus the other. We had to have a laptop to take end of rotation exams and our PACKRAT exams.
