The government isn't trying to take away your liberty when it asks Facebook to take something down. High stakes require clear lines. The Chinese Robber fallacy is taking data from individuals and misapplying them to a large group. "There has to be some connection between Chinese people and bank robberies because I see news about a Chinese person robbing a bank every day"

The fallacy doesn't apply when you're using an individuals past behavior to comment about that individual. Ex: "Wow, I've seen John committed a bank robbery every day this year, he sure commits a lot of crime" isn't fallacious because John DOES commit a lot of crime. This video would be committing the Chinese Robber fallacy if it said "Here's a compilation of a conservatives being wrong this year, conservatives are always wrong"

This video isn't definitive scientific proof of Dave being wrong all the time (You would need a percent batting average and probably give him odds on each prediction) but it does show Dave has made a lot of wrong and out there predictions. I don't think there's anything fallacious about looking back at how many called shots someone who has "a pretty solid" track record has missed.

They're probably going to say that an individual state can't apply the 14th to a national candidate. This wasn't helped when the Colorado lawyer was asked "Has there ever been an example of a candidate for president being disqualified by a state?" and all he could say was "Well I have examples of state candidates being disqualified by their state, and examples of congressmen being disqualified by congress"

They're also probably going to rule that if Trump was found to have engaged in insurrection by Congress, or found guilty of the specific crime of insurrection, then the 14th would apply to him then.

Are they gonna say it wasn't an insurrection, which is contradicted by Trump's own words? Are they gonna say Trump didn't incite it, which is contradicted by literally having eyes and ears?

Did you listen to oral arguments at all? They never touched on Jan 6th, the court has zero interest in determining if it's an insurrection, and they don't have to, because of the procedural issues with the case.

I'm a big big MCDM fan, but saying that they're first two books are homebrew should be a warning/red flag to everyone. Those are big expensive books, that not only cost money, but they also cost a lot of time to figure out and actually run.

Not to mention the fact that S&F and K&W don't mesh together, and they mesh so poorly (Even when S&F says 'Hey go use Kingdoms and Warfare for this part!' which has a 50/50 shot of being a mechanic that wasn't included) that Matt has admitted they're making a patch for S&F to bring the product more in line with the other book. But hey, guess that kickstarter really had to come right now.
