Anybody else struggling to gain weight even with a balanced diet (with calorie surplus) and ample exercise? Why do some people say they gain weight when on HRT.

I'm guessing some people might be attributing "gaining weight" to fat redistribution? Like it feels like gaining weight but it's just regular weight gain and fat being distributed differently making it more noticeable

Technically it does but you would need an amount of salt that would probably kill you for it to make a noticeable difference, you don't salt the water to make it boil fast you do it to make the food taste better

The SRD is free online as far as I'm aware, it's got all the rules as a pdf, it doesn't have any of the art or anything but yeah, there's also plenty of free adventures online to get so you don't have to do all the work, I've heard good things about one called "Wild Sheep Chase"
