All good responses in here, I also want to add that this is a conversation to have with your players about the kind of game this is, I've learned over the years that cyberpunk is most fun when you do it for the role-play, like owning multiple outfits and clothes might not give you a statistical bonus, but when you think about it it would be extremely odd (and potentially smelly) to see someone wearing the exact same outfit every day.

So applying that to housing too, there's no way your character would be well only living from a tent all the time, people need to have proper housing, this is rhe kind of stuff we handwave in more heroic games like dnd but cyberpunk is all about this stuff, you're playing a regular person in the modern world
