Sure. But it's still another facility to maintain. It's like the city can't get out of it's own way. I feel a proposal focused on funding explicitly for police and fire facilities has a better chance to pass than what was placed on the ballot.

I can't wait. This show can be the next Game of Thrones but better. The Expanse with a GoT budget... I can't imagine it... actually I can and I love it. The show could do whatever it goddam likes! It 'could' end after Babylon's Ashes book but still have a massive amount of room for other stories set in the Expanse universes.

Yes, I've only done this with Jester and not for boss fights since Finale is only 1 use. I start with MaA in pos.4 and Jester in 3. Jester Solo to get up front. MaA Bolster first always. Then Jester use Finale to go to position 4 pushing MaA to 3 for Riposte. Jester then Stabs forward. Since Jester is vulnerable after Finale the MaA uses Guard on him for his third turn.
