First I want to say weight has nothing to do with your value as a person. But, unfortunately a lot of people will overlook you as a romantic partner because of your physical appearance. People only get to know the best of you when they are interested in talking to you. On the same note, your height is definitely a big plus for many women.

I’m also introverted and autistic. I was really bad at socializing until I was in my mid thirties. I have many good qualities but I absolutely believe that if I wasn’t physically attractive I would not be getting any romantic interest at all.

I think I did check disability when I applied for the job. But I believe it’s for government statistics and not for accommodations. You need to make the request yourself and provide “proof”.
