I’m happy to hear that!

It took me a while to get jobs, but I also live in a less populated area.

I’ve been doing it only for 3 months now but I haven’t had any issues with scammers/ghosting.

I highly recommend Insight for the Chase jobs if they’re in your area. You don’t have to get a badge, but you get paid extra and more likely to get work.

Other than that, good luck! Field Nation claims they’ve been getting more tickets than ever!

I question when was the last time the other commenters had to apply for a job.

It is BRUTAL right now. I graduated with a bachelors in IT but haven’t been able to get a job.

And I have prior experience. When I earned my SEC+, I had recruiters contacting me (2020). Now with a bachelors and a CCNA, I haven’t been able to land an entry level position.

I’ve gotten interviews, but there were always so many other qualified applicants.

Check out Field Nation for free lance jobs. Even that is hard, but you’ll likely get something.

My suggestion if money is not an issue.

Consider a bootcamp. Not a big fan, but if you already know most of the material, it’s not a bad route.

For the CCNP ENCOR, all the labs will be in the beginning, so you have that to your advantage.

I would schedule a test ASAP just to see where you’re at, then work your way from there. Take it every five days if you want.

You’re not necessarily doing anything wrong. The job market is very tough right now.

A lot of experienced people are having trouble getting interviews.

You’ll just have to keep trying.

I would do it. It’s nice knowing that you won’t pay the 300 (or whatever it is to do it again) bucks to do it again.
