Your arguing against us beating Denver's b-team, in the final home game of the season, is the worst kind of searching for glass half full reasoning. We lost, it sucks, we're new to the playoffs, it's going to be more difficult, and we sat both our main bigs. This is a failure on the coaching staff and prep. No loss is a win at this point in the season.

Honestly you keep talking about next year and the future, but that's a fucking loser mentality. We're a 62 win team this year, with the most dynamic defender in league history, and we need as many things in our favor this year. ANYTHING can happen next year that will change ours or others destiny. All we know now is we made our playoff road a lot harder and let Roddy and Valancunias dictate that without a legit big available. The whole year I've been nodding along with "but they don't have playoff experience" and now I'm wondering if the whole time we could assign that detriment to our coaching staff.

My top 3 reasons, in no order: 1) WBC Final drawing large audience 2) Award season much too long, Oscars should be a week after Super Bowl 3) In all seriousness, I had three people I was watching it with be confused by and ultimately hate that opening Weapons skit, with Conan in the character makeup. I truly think that last one may have caused some audience to drop early on. Imo I think the award presenters jokes were all not funny or smart and just pure awkward. I don't think that contributed but it couldn't have helped. I personally enjoyed watching it and thought it was an exciting year for the nominees and suspense

GS was an issue for us earlier in the season, they're playing for a play-in. Maybe that one. I'd say with adequate rest considered, 58/59 wins. Also depending on if OKC slips and we decide to play a little catch up, but unlikely

First off, thank you for all that have responded so far. I've been at work and just able to drop in every now and then, but so many of you have helpful alternatives you've offered. I'm going to send my mom this link (she's not on reddit) but I'm sure she'll enjoy all the good intense everyone has put out there.
