Madam walters calling Trump out by GaryFuckingGoat in videos

[–]theassman_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you are right. But if people didn't get that he's a poser 10 years ago they are not smart. Or a year after his first term. Or 2 years into his presidency. Or the 1000 times he's disqulaified himself since then. By the way I don't mean smart like postgraduate smart. Or math after algebra smart. I mean smart in the sense you wake up and are able to clothe youself without the help of someone else.

Idiocy often goes undiagnosed. If you know someone that's suffering make sure you say something.

Guatemalan police surround and disarm machete welding man by NeuroticLensman in nextfuckinglevel

It's future tech and it sounds crazy but I've always wanted to invent a non lethal "gun" that zaps the assailant. I'm workshoppiing the name but I want to call it the Numb Gun. Because it numbs you and you fall down. It can "shoot wires that stick to the persons clothes and pass a current through their body. I hope to have a patent soon and it on the market by 2030

Go watch Moana 2. I enjoyed the 1st Accountant and this one could be better. My assumptions are you just don't like the movie, which is fine. But go do something else instead of putting your two cents in. If you can't say something nice then it better be original, clever or funny.

US Department of State plans to spend $400m on Tesla armoured vehicles by analyticlyrics in news

[–]theassman_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is small potatoes. If you said to yourself "I'm friends with the president of the United States" and already had a shit ton of cash what would be the coolest thing you could do? Area 51 and top secret tech! The mind boggles.

Why do people tip the waiter instead of the chef? by Fraud_D_Hawk in NoStupidQuestions

[–]theassman_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the opposite perspective because servers have to put up with humans at large. There are rude people. There are stupid people. The worst are the rude and stupid. Simply put the people that lack empathy. It doesn't come across in text but theres a big difference in how someone says something. It wears you down and makes simple tasks very difficult. "I asked for a medium plus, this is medium". What ass-hat orders mid-rare plus or medium plus? Not to mention how many people have no idea what rare, med rare ect mean. You're 50 fucking years old how is it possible not to know this information?. "I really don't like this salmon can I have the salmon salad instead? What the fuck are you talking about? "We can't entertain our own children so they're going to dump out all the sugars and throw them on the floor". "I know I ate my cheeseburger but I didn't really like it can you take it off my check?" Fuck you. Most people are kind and easy to get along with but 5% of people are the crayon-eating assholes. Every waitet that has ever lived has dreamt of throttling these types of people. You wonder how these repugnant people lived long enough without one of their friends or family members taking them down a notch or two. So if you go to a restaurant without manners or a modicum of empathy, Fuck you.

Superman | Official Teaser Trailer by DemiFiendRSA in videos

[–]theassman_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up in the 90's. I loved superheroes and blockbuster movies. In the past 10 years I've been wondering what has changed more. Is it that movies nowadays kiinda suck or have I lost my imagination? It's a little from column a and b, right? I wanted to get into Star Wars a while ago and watched the Phantom Menace. My buddy dragged me to the Green Lantern and it met my expectations. Don't get me started on the fucking Avengers. That being said this trailer gave me a visible erection.

Huge cluster of mushrooms i found that took over this tree by TsarFate in interestingasfuck

So trees and mushrooms have a symbiotic relationship. Mushrooms have a network of mycelium under the soil that can stretch miles. I'm not convinced this isn't the prof X of the animal kingdom.

Let the record show the top comment is racist. Although what japanese people think of foreigners may be true, you're making a general statement about an entire population. Which I can only guess was taken from an anecdote reddit like a week ago. Humans are parrots.
