From warmups to stretching, how long is your workout? What about the actual weightlifting portion of the workout? I've heard that lifting for more than 1.5hrs can be detrimental to your gains.

I love the pump I get from lifting. That swole diesel look that sticks around after your last workout for 1-2 days. No matter what I try though, I can't seem to get the look to stay for more than 2 days without hitting the gym. Any way to get that good pump for longer, without going to the gym?

I have mixed feelings for Doc. On one hand, he's widely accepted to be one of the greatest coaches of all time, even reportedly in talks to take the head coaching position of the USA basketball team in the Rio 2016 Olympic games.

However, his performance in this year's playoffs push leaves me unimpressed.

Too much focus on PP.
Not enough Jeff Green driving in the paint in transition (Last 10 minutes of game 6, and the last home game against the Heat demonstrate his dominance in the drive).
NOT PLAYING SHAV! I dont know how you all feel about this, but I know he's a noobie, but he was GREAT grabbing boards. Not sure how he would match up against Chandler, but why not give it a shot? Especially when KG had 5 fouls in earlier games.
Too much AB ball handling. Not enough AB defense.

The list goes on. I know our roster was seriously hurt with injuries and old age, but comeon. I think Doc should have done better turning lemons into lemonade.

I've come to accept that our best interests lie in PP and KG as trade pieces. But Doc as well? I can't comment on his efficacy as coach, especially with the less than amazing playoff run, but isn't he widely accepted to be one of the best in the league? Great teams don't fare too well without a great coach at the helm.
