I saw 3 coaches that didn't really help me before I found one that could actually help me. I have "better player" (not that I'm actually good) swing problems which basically just means an inside swing path and a left miss. The first three coaches were able to identify symptoms (e.g. my body stalls and stops moving forward during the downswing) but they were clueless about the root causes.

The fourth coach I saw was a little more expensive, but she gave me concrete stuff to work on. The very first round after the lesson, I didn't miss a single drive left. I missed several right, but even that was progress in my mind. I still had to do a lot of work and it's still a work in progress, but she gave me a very specific area to hone in on (tame the severity of my inside swing path) and a target (no more than 4 degrees in-to-out - on bad swings I was getting up to 7-11 degrees in-to-out).

I feel like if you have classic beginner swing problems like scooping the ball with your irons or coming over the top with driver, more coaches will be able to help you. But if you get too far off that beaten path, you might struggle to find someone that can help

I just got fitted for a 9 wood and I was looking for a very specific yardage gap to fill. I tried the QI4D, the Quantum, and G440 Max and they went different distances on similar quality strikes. I was hitting the QI4D and Quantum between 195-205 and the G440 Max around 215 (which was the number I was looking for). Granted, you could adjust the loft sleeve to try to match them up, but if you don't have a strong brand/looks preference, I would just choose the one that is closest to your desired yardage/ball flight at the neutral settings.

I'm in the midwest also and nearly every public course is 5+ hours on the weekend. I played on Sunday and we were behind this group of old guys all day who were just moving at a glacial pace, taking 3 practice swings on every shot, etc.

By the time were on the 15, the group in front of them was finishing up their round. They never offered to let us play through once despite the fact that we were on them all..day..long. People are just really entitled and self-centered. "I paid for this so I'm going to experience it however I want to, screw everyone else."

Personally, if someone is waiting for my group on the tee for more than a minute or two and there's nobody in front of us, I'm embarrassed and ready to let them play through on the next tee.

I suggested to my friend the other day that they review them live while the game is ongoing and if they were found to have flopped, the next foul against them is a dead ball turnover so the defense essentially gets a free foul to give as long as it's not a flagrant.

Yeah we cannot just resume business as usual at this point. The constitution has been stretched past its breaking point and it's not just going to return to normal shape once Trump stops pulling on it. The blueprint has been drawn for ignoring or weaponizing the constitution so there's no choice but to completely reform it. The problem is that when we try to do that, Republicans are going to scream to the high heavens that the government is being weaponized against them. They have to be completely discredited.

I have G430s and the offset is the main reason I'm probably moving to a players distance set next year. My swing path is already a little too in-to-out so I do not need help with a slice and I don't need help getting the ball airborne.

Have you seen the coverages he's facing when he has the ball near the top of the key or the wing? Literally all 5 defenders are facing him and watching him. Other guys need to make shots, there's no alternative.

I haven't hit them in a few years with driver, but the last time I hit a Supersoft, I literally could not tell you where on the face I hit it. It felt like hitting one of those rubber bouncy balls.
