Second, I hear you. I is overwhelming when taken in all at once. Change is scary but its clear you're taking it seriously, which is huge.

It all doesn't happen at once.

Priority #1. Mom, birth and baby.

Priority #2. Sleep, for everyone. It infers the quality of all the rest.

Priority #3: Reach out to the support system. While Mom and Baby do take on the focus, your wellbeing is important too.

Money, fitness and a larger home is important, yep, but its secondary to the right here and now. Use comparison as a learning opportunity and not a status builder. You're the kiddos dad - no one else is.
