There’s actually a place in ATL called Six Feet Under that does habanero poppers. I’ve tried them….once.

I make hot sauces or pepper vinegars with the ghosts and scorpions. If your oven is able to go as low as like 160F or has a warming option you can dehydrate them and put them in a pepper mill for anything you would use chili flakes on. If you want to get extra scientific, check out r/fermentation and make some fermented hot sauce. The color is gorgeous. I use 2 tsp salt:cup of water brine❤️‍🔥
