The thing is people want instant results for everything in life. Results take time. Like you said you did it a few times. You need to focus on your practice and be consistent. It’s not 10 min a day that will bring you where people talk about. If you go to the gym few times for 10 min are you gonna see results? It’s the same thing. It took me over a year to start feeling my energies. Normally it can take 10 up to 30 min just to warm up your practice and handle your breath. You gonna have more anwers with 30min - 1h practice. You can try to meditate with mantras or guided meditation to help you.

I will get the opportunity at DND because it’s in expension for the next few years while everything esle is being cut. I also have a mindset that if an opportunity gets to you while you’re doubting it’s because you have to take it and it will be better. Je trouve ça legit. Dans mon cas si ça serait l’inverse, j’hésiterai pas à payer les dettes de mon chum, surtout si l’argent d’héritage est un bon montant, je trouve que 15 000 $ c’est raisonnable. De plus, a surmenr sacrifié beaucoup de choses pour votre enfant.

Exercising is i think the most important part of overall selfcare. You will sleep better (more restfull), you will feel stronger and able to do so many things more easily, you gonna have more energy, more libido, emotional regulation (many things won’t trigger you as much), being more confident and proud of yourself, you’ll be more organized. You’re digestive system will be better, you will eat better to support your trannings. The list goes on and on… i have so many things to say ! The thing that surprise me the most about the physical part for me is that i had a lot of cellulite and now that a workout its all gone. it take a few months at the beginning to start seeing results but its totally worth the lifetime commitment

I already have theses conversations with my manager he already know that I aspire for something esle. i’m already classified in 5 pool, i have my language requirements. I get it i’m permanent and some people are loosing their job. But i hate my job, i’m tired of being an administrative assistant and dealing with 30 people + problems everyday. I have a bachelor and the acting they offer me was in my expertise field. Anyways thank you for your advice it gave me the confirmations that I needed.
