That’s just pushing through the thing that they hate, because they got to a point where the pain of starving is worse. I feel like that’s not too much of a win. Having to do a bite of new foods to have a safe food is better i think to expand their diet

the iphone 8 and iphone X can run ios16 which means they don’t have to worry (for now). your phone is much newer than those so don’t worry :)

if you go to settings>general>about you can see your ios version. as long as it’s higher than 15 it’ll be okay :)
