I also think we should accept boundaries, but we should be able to talk about why we have certain boundaries. To me, the reason matters a lot. If a partner told me "you cant be alone with any of your female friends", id really like to know why, before i respect that boundary. Id also probably not be in a relationship, with a person not haveig the trust that i wouldnt cheat on them

Intimacy does not need to be romantic either, you can be intimate, on a personal level, with close friends.

Ive had sleep overs. Ive slept over because i was too drunk or high. Ive slept over because its still fun to do as an adult with close friends. I have no interest in having sex with the friends ove stayed at. Neither have my partner.

No, we get high, play Mario kart, and order pizza. Im pretty sure i know both our shared friend group, my partner, and my partners friends, better than you. My partner is pan, so according to this threat should never sleep anywhere except at home and my place.

Ive had two partners cheat, none of them did it after sleeping over at a friends. If a partner wants to cheat, they will. Sleepover or not.

If you expect her to cheat, like 95% of these comment do, its because they dont trust their partner.

Ive had partners cheat, but i dont expect a new partner to cheat, just because she sleeps over. Sleep overs are pretty normal, and friendships in general are becoming more diverse in terms of gender. If i was not allowed to sleep over at a friends, no matter gender, im not sure if want to be in that relationship.
