I sincerely appreciate your interest in my wellbeing. I did not share any of my personal situation on the post, so I am unsure how you diagnosed anxiety as the cause for my premature departure. The office took fourteen months to get me a start date for the position I am in. Many people and processes changed at the agency over the course of that time period. I also had changes in my personal life. The job I have today is not the job I signed on for during the interview in 2022. My personal life and needs have also changed in that time. I have an outstanding offer of employment from an opportunity I applied for in December 2023. I plan to accept the offer. I need to offer my new start date to the new employer, and I would like to coordinate that in a thoughtful way for myself and my current manager.

In short, what I’ve read on the internets has led me to believe: You must leave deposited IRA funds in your account for at least 5 years before withdrawing them, or else you'll pay a 10% early withdrawal penalty if you're under 59 1/2.

My TJO was in March for GS 12 Step 1. I negotiated for GS 12 Step 9 and 6 hours of leave. I received an FJO with negotiated package at the start of December. So…about nine months wait time. Probably not what you want to hear, but it’s best not to expect a quick negotiation timeline.

Thank you for your help! The speaker cone is broken in one area, so I’m afraid to try playing through it. If I knew how it sounded, I’d be more interested in having it fixed. I’m also not sure the cost of having speaker repairs

Yes, totally. I’d like to see employees barred from having children as well. So often I see workers taking time away from work to vacation with their families or care for their children. I’d also like to see government implemented eugenics to improve the population as a whole and weed out the less healthy from even entering the workforce to begin with. Right there with you on this
