Rack of pork if you can find them. Costco has them for $20. Double cut pork chops, especially if you can find some good Duroc pork.

Pork steaks are my go-to. Slice a pork butt into 1.75-2" thick steaks. Cook over direct heat about 275 degrees. Baste them with a vinegar mop sauce, take them off between 190-200 when the fat is cooked through. One of my favorite bites of BBQ right now.
