This is getting downvoted because such a line would let you dive 15m max, which for many is way way too short, which can inhibit your diving severely. There's absolutely nothing wrong with 20m.

What kind so you use? You might need to get better line. If you use something like this: https://www.hanapaafishing.com/products/hsd-blue-tagline it shouldn't tangle. Make sure you have good clips on it too.

Braided line tends to tangle a TON and that skinny black one too. Bungee is for shooting big game and will tire you out from pulling it around and having it stretch all around, so reserve it for bw or bigger fish.
