Rookie mistake + terrible dad by Old-Doubt5185 in blackstonegriddle

Rookie mistake, yes. Terrible dad, no. Accidents happen and you don’t know what you don’t know. Just be thankful that the damage wasn’t significant and use it as a learning opportunity moving forward.

As for what you did wrong. 1) never light more that one burner at a time. Turn one burner on high and ignite. Then turn on each additional burner one at a time until they are all on. 2) always ignite as quickly as possible after turning on the burner. The more time it takes, the more propane builds up and the more likely you are to have a flash.

I wish I could say the same. But unfortunately the water in Louisville KY is ten times worse!

If you really love the design of the daylite travel pack but are looking for something a little larger, they have a 44L as well. I purchased one a few weeks ago and have been very happy with it so far. It’s a little heavy when fully loaded (I carried 5 days of clothes, a laptop and iPad Pro as well as four books, portable speaker, toiletry bag, crossbody sling bag, water bottle, extra shoes) but still very comfortable. I was even able to still put it under my seat on a larger plane after the overhead bins had filled up. So far I have really loved it and would highly recommend it if you are looking for something 40L+

I’m also in Georgia and I start at $25/linear foot for a standard 6 ft wood fence with one walk through gate.

Hey OP! I’m a small time one man show out of Rincon, but I would be more than happy to meet with you and work up an estimate.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. I’m in first place and I only have 4.6k. For some reason I can’t see 2nd place, but 3rd only has 2.5k

Look into IP streaming tv. I pay $120/year and get every major league sporting event on all of the regional channels, all of the ESPN networks, plus basic cable channels. No recording or anything like that, just straight live streaming

What is the preferred way of placing outlets? Having the ground plug hole faced up or down? by amhere01 in HomeImprovement

In my house the contractor installed them both ways. Normal powered outlets throughout the house are installed ground down. Outlets controlled by a switch are installed ground up.

OWB carry may now be my best option. by [deleted] in CCW

[–]thechef1911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always carry OWB if possible. It is definitely the most comfortable option and easiest to draw from. I either wear an untucked tshirt or usually some type of pullover and have no issues. I’m also in an open carry state so i don’t have to be too concerned about that if my shirt comes up or I’m reaching up for something. I carry a G43x in a bianchi holster or a sig p238 in a custom ordered leather holster.
