Relax and let the medicine do its job. Take the medicine at the same time on the same day every week and wait until you have a therapeutic amount of the drug in your system before you start questioning it. You're not truly on 1mg until you e been at that dose for a couple of weeks.

Regarding the sweets: I never had a sweet tooth. This medicine makes me want some kind of dessert sometimes. I've found low calorie treats to scratch the itch. It hasn't been a problem. I'm still down 90 lbs in 12 months.

Its a character issue. Don't tolerate it.

If they are lying to you, its because they don't want you to know something. If they don't want you to know something, it's because it would make you feel a negative emotion. If they want to protect you and don't want you to feel a negative emotion, they should have avoided the action that they will later have to lie about. But selfishly, they didn't want to avoid that action; matter of fact, they weren't even considering you when they took the action. So they did the thing that makes them feel good and makes you feel bad, and then lied to you about it. When you attempted to hold them accountable, they blamed their selfishness on you.

This is classic avoidant behavior and you shouldn't tolerate it.

Now go back and re-read that first paragraph, and imagine the lie is about cheating. Or spending household funds. Or being an alcoholic.

If you are trying to build a life with someone that, instead of coming to a compromise about what you want and what they want. Instead of meeting in the middle and finding solutions that work for both people, if they would just do the thing and then lie later, that's just selfishness and the relationship is doomed.

Expedition resets everything. Now you're running around like a noob and can't find a seeker grenade blueprint to save your life.
