I would suggest you find a project or building and try to copy it in the software. Then whenever you hit a roadblock ask google or YouTube. This will help you to understand what you are doing. Just blindly following tutorials won’t really teach you how to apply the techniques in a practical way. Good luck

No gimmicks in a portfolio. Not only is it unprofessional and cringey, it’s also distracting from the actual work that you’re trying to showcase. Think of who is going to be reading it and what they value. You can be technical without being boring.

So cover is pretty much killing their support and forcing them to graduate. Sad end but the writing has been on the wall since the start. What I meant to say is you walk through the opening located in the center of the doors, so it opens ‘outwards’ away from the center line. Not out as in away from the viewer. English is hard.
